We really enjoyed hotel's magnificent and perfect location!!

By and large, it was fine base for sightseeing in Granada, had much fun. The bar was great with responsive staff. The team provided an excellent service. They offered us extra blankets, nice touch too. We spent a very pleasant time here, would recommend to anyone.

The local staff was professional and responsive. The unit we got was themed with the bar, very comfortable bed, as for instance:)))

The bathroom was smelly.

The time I spent there was such wonderful. The room was silent in old tavern style, the staff was courteous. The services were helpful. Had the option to leave my car nearby. The great and incredible location was an easy walk to Plaza Nueva Square. It was a domestic area, an enjoyable base for me.

Wi-Fi was rather slow, made me a little nervous.

The room is cosy with the "balcony ", the bedroom and jacuzzi bath...

Its location right by Fuente de las Batallas was best possible and comfortable. The hotel was a lovely place for enjoying an excellant area. The restaurant here was BEAUTIFUL for all meals, we both ordered tasty dishes. It had stunningly beautiful views of courtyard.

We had a fantastic stay at a charming hotel in the heart of Granada. The location was perfect, close to Plaza Nueva and within walking distance to the Alhambra. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely view from the balcony. The hotel restaurant offered delicious meals, especially the dinner we had there. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting. Despite a few minor issues with the wifi and the need to ask for certain items at breakfast, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at Casa Palacio Pilar Del Toro. I would highly recommend this hotel for its great value, comfortable rooms, and convenient location.

The location was excellent with easy access to the alhambra and albaycin. The inside courtyard/bar area was really nice to relax and the reception staff were really helpful. A few doors down is the tourist information office but we had more help from the hotel receptionist, who was more than happy to arrange bus tickets for our onward travel to Malaga.

I liked the location and the room was spacious. It was also very clean.

The waiting staff were not very attentive and you had to catch their attention to get served. Also, they play the same tape over and over again the voulume would go very high at times also late at night.

A charming hotel full of history and character. The staff was friendly and accommodating and the location was perfect for exploring the city's top attractions. We also enjoyed the beautiful art and antiquities adorning the hotel.

The rooms were a bit outdated and there were some noise issues, but overall, we still had a great weekend away. The only other issue was finding the hotel and parking, but the staff were helpful in assisting us with this.

The staff were so amzingly helpfull & freindly. Nothing was a problem when I asked for things. The beautiful courtyard was a lovely retreat after a days sight seeing. Will definately be staying again.

The rooms on the street side can tend to be a little noisey

The hotel is stunningly beautiful with an ideal location and responsive staff at least. The twin room is tastefully decorated with an enormous comfy bed, high ceiling, for instance.

Location is excellent, just at the base of the Albacin and close to the cathedral. The covered courtyard was great for hanging out and having drinks or coffee. Room was adequate and surprisingly quiet given location just off the Plaza Nueva.
